If you know all of this, why isn't it working?

You've read the books and watched the videos. You could explain limiting beliefs to a friend over coffee. And yet, when it comes to your own life, the wish stays where it is. Not rejected. Just stuck.

Here's what's usually going on. Knowing that beliefs block manifesting is general knowledge. Knowing which belief is blocking yours is a map. Beliefs don't feel like beliefs from the inside, they feel like facts, and that's exactly why smart, self-aware people miss them.

You can't clear what you can't find.

Five steps, each one building on the last

Choose one wish you've been trying to manifest for a while without results. Then follow it down, one step at a time.

  1. Catch the first "but"

The quick answer your mind gives the moment you say your wish, before you've had time to be polite with yourself. That's why it's honest.

  2. Ask your body, not your mind

A simple 0 to 10 check. Your body can't argue, it just reacts, and it tells you how much of you really believes the wish.

  3. Follow the belief down

One question, asked a few times, takes you from the reasonable excuse to the sentence that's really doing the work.

  4. Look at the evidence it collects

Not "is it true?" but "what does my mind use to prove it?" You'll catch your inner filter in the act of choosing.

  5. Find what it's protecting you from

A belief that has lasted twenty or thirty years isn't a mistake. It's doing a job. Until you see the job, it won't let go.

At the end, one page, one sentence

Everything you find comes together in your belief map. Not a vague sense that "something" is in the way, but the actual sentence, the evidence it loves, and the fear it's been guarding.

You'll also see how it connects to Neville Goddard's idea that your life answers what you assume, not what you wish for, and why the wish got a few minutes a day while the old assumption got every hour in between.

It was never your enemy. It was a guard who forgot to go home.
